In the SYSTEM ADMIN Tab:
DATABASE BACKUP: On click of this button, a backup of your database <estt id>.mdb file will be created and stored in a BACKUP folder on the C Drive with the date of the backup. From the backup folder, you can copy the file and keep it at another location as an additional backup. Furthermore, whenever you add some data, you can take a backup.
