Please review my ecr .xls file and make any necessary changes to the contributions:
1. Open the .xls file, then save it as a .csv (in MS-DOS mode).
2. Right-click on the .csv file, open with Notepad, and save it with the file extension name as .txt.
3. Open the text file, go to the edit option, and replace "find what" with "," and replace it with "#~#", then remove the header row before uploading.

If the employees joined in the month of July 2011, why are you mentioning them now? You should provide the Date of Birth (DOB) and Date of Joining (DOJ) of those employees who joined in March 2012.
