Hi, I have worked as an HR recruiter for 1 year, but I had to leave the job due to some problems. Now, there has been a gap of 3 years. Please suggest how to write my CV effectively so that I can get a job again.

Dear Ms. Premilaa,
Despite the gap, having worked as a RECRUITER for ONE YEAR, do you still want inputs to draft an EFFECTIVE CV? Haven't you screened the BEST or EFFECTIVE CVs during your service period? Have you not come across a CV that you had ADMIRED or that inspired you? Please recollect as much as you can. You must know more than a normal employee does because RECRUITERS typically SCREEN CVs based on certain CRITERIA. If I am wrong, please do correct me. You can also search this website for more information.
With profound regards

Dear Ms. Premila,
You were not confused, but your MOTIVATION and SELF-CONFIDENCE LEVEL were low. Please boost your SELF-CONFIDENCE LEVEL with SELF-MOTIVATIONAL techniques rather than LETTING YOURSELF DOWN. When you have the TALENT, why don't you EXPLORE IT TO THE MAXIMUM LEVEL? You will never succeed in knowing "WHO YOU ARE" unless YOU UNLEASH YOUR HIDDEN TALENT with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE (MINDSET).
If you need further information about DRAFTING A CV, please draft and upload your CV. I will guide you to the best of my knowledge. No doubt, you will also receive support from the community members.
Good Luck.

Dear Ms. Premila,
You need to start somewhere, as the famous saying goes, "The very start itself is considered as half done." To begin with, make your CV in four parts as follows:
1. First Part: Your personal details
2. Second Part: Your qualifications
3. Third Part: Your experience
4. Fourth Part: Your achievements
Upload it in this forum, then you will see help pour in to refine it.
Goodbye,
Kumar

Hi,
I wanted to know if there is any difference between a cover letter and a motivation letter. I am asked to write a motivation letter for a job I am applying for. It is an NGO, and I don't know what or how to write. Please help me.
