I have been working with X company since 2007. Please advise on how I can obtain my PF statement, including both employee and employer contributions. Could you provide guidance on the procedure for obtaining the yearly PF statement? Who is responsible for issuing the yearly statement? Which form displays the PF yearly status, including the status from 2007 onwards? Our HR department has mentioned that there is no system available for this purpose and that the update depends on the PF Department. Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

PF returns are supposed to be filed every year, which your company is also doing. Please ask them about the return copy. In the return copy, you will find your yearly statement. Additionally, the company is accustomed to receiving employees' PF receipts every year from the PF Organization. Kindly inquire with your HR about this.
