The company has a 100 X 2 TPD Sponge Iron Unit with a 15 MW existing Thermal Power plant (comprising 1 WHRB Boiler and 1 AFBC Boiler) and a 65 MW power plant in the project stage where we are going to install a CFBC Boiler.

Dear Saranya,

What you said, "We believe that candidates must match Companies, not just the jobs" is an excellent statement. It would indeed help the company in the long run to employ personnel who match companies. But in quantitative measures, how do you really identify whether an applicant is truly matching the company? Is it merely like how a person is normally interviewed for a job by testing his skills and assessing how much training needs to be imparted to ensure that he does the job, or is it something more? Can you give a detailed explanation with examples?
