Dear Sunil, The EPF member who required to apply for advance for marraige required 7 yrs service and there is no need to repay the same because it will deduct from his PF share. W. Regards, Anil

There is no question of repayment for marriage advance. The only impact is the accummulation in your PF account will get reduced.
