Dear Sir, The advances taken under EPFScheme are non refundable, however one can raise his own contribution from his salary with the consent of his employer .

Thanks for your views and Dixit Ji, thanks once again, you are right, I was talking about the advance only. I was in hurry that time, that's why mentioned loan wrongly.
But, when i was searching about this, I found some advises where the seniors have mentioned that the advance can be refunded with interest. That's why, this question raised to my mind.

Its 'NON REFUNDABLE Withdrawals.... However if the withdrawn amount is not utilised within specified period for the purpose for which it is withdrwan, the same need to be refunded back to the disbursing authority along with interest thereon computed from the date of disbursement till the date of repayment.
