I endorse Mr. Arora's views. Kindly search the internet first; much before that there is a search option available at the top. Please put in some kind of effort to get what you are looking for. I wonder why people rush to post a query before exhausting all the options available to them. Most of the queries have answers on the internet. HR-based information is available on CiteHR and various other HR portals. There is no gain without pain...

Hi, Mr. Sundaram from Bangalore,
Sorry to say this, I accept your post 'no gain without pain', everyone searches the internet before posting. But there may be available theories regarding it. Here, only practical information is available.

Mr. Basha,
We belong to an era when the internet was not in existence. Still, we managed to survive.
Many youngsters are of the opinion that CiteHR is like a supermarket, just walk around and pick up what one wants. If you want some practical advice for a problem that somebody is facing in an organization, seniors here can always help them out. But even small, simple things like how to write a letter to an employee... isn't it something too much to ask for!

Dear Mr. Sundaram,
You are right. I have gone through your thoughts. Today's youngsters need to know everything, and employers also require candidates with multitasking skills. We, as seniors, should help improve their careers, sir.

Mr. Basha,
I agree we should help the youngsters, but please tell me, from whom should the initiative come? Even now, I extensively use the internet for subject research on any training topic. I download, save on desktop, and read them thoroughly. I hardly buy any management books these days. The internet has an abundance of information. If I can use the internet extensively at this age, why can't youngsters make an attempt to search all links under a particular topic, develop formats and letters on their own, post them on this site, and then seek seniors' opinions? Unless they show proactive interest, they will never improve in their careers. For everything, they rush to CiteHR without exploring other options! The situation is indeed quite bad. B-schools also produce students who do not know how to write a full sentence in English without any mistakes!
