HR responsibility starts with one main component of the safety triangle, i.e., Persons. Broadly, I can say...

AT THE TIME OF SELECTION:

- Should know the local language.
- Should be medically fit.
- Preferably having working experience in the relevant industry.
- Should consider age criteria.
- Should have user-specified qualifications.

AT THE TIME OF JOINING Organization:

- Pre-employment Medical Checkup.
- Facilitate Safety Induction Training.
- Provide PPEs (Uniform & Other relevant PPE).
- Job agreement with specific safety clauses.

DURING WORKING with the Organization:

- Periodical Medical Checkup.
- BBS trainings.
- Motivate for safety activities from time to time.
- At the time of appraisal, consideration of safety performance.

AT THE TIME OF LEAVING organization:

- Medical Checkup.
- Exit Interview - By keeping Safety Focus.
- Relieving letter - Mention safety Performance grade.
