I know it is kind and polite to thank the blogger for attaching useful information; however, it will also be useful to point out some deficiencies. For example, on slide 2 bullet points have been used inappropriately. Also, I wonder the need for that background.
The same message with a different background had been posted by Mahesh (mahr) at https://www.citehr.com/234590-how-keep-good-ones.html on 23 Feb 2010. It also had a conceptual framework of Key Elements of Emploee Satisfaction.
