If you're making a report on a training manual and you feel the need to write to a forum requesting brainstorming questions and discussion exercises, there is something seriously wrong.

Speak to those in your organization who are going to be trained from whatever you write in the training manual. Get firsthand concerns, opinions, questions, discussion points, etc., from those who stand to benefit from your efforts.

No, actually, I am a university student, and I am doing a literature review on Training and Development. I am also developing some brainstorming questions for discussion exercises along with some activities. Activities are everywhere, but brainstorming questions are very rare. Please help me out if you can, related to training methods.
