Dear Pinki,
1. It totally depends upon the nature of incentive and the compensation & benefit policy of the organization.
2. In some organizations, performance incentives are limited and fall under CTC. In others, performance incentives are not limited and are an add-on to the CTC.
3. Some organizations offer attendance incentives, which most of the time are a part of CTC.
P.S. - A good C&B policy is what makes or breaks the reputation of an organization.
