I personally believe the goals should not be scientific; they should be reasonable. The goal-setting process should be more about the common sense of managers and employees.

The scientific goal-setting process usually leads to many goals that are not achievable, and the company can lose momentum.

Dear All, There is a guide line for goal setting . it is called SMART objectives. S- Specific M - Measurable. A - Achievable R - Realistic. T - Time bound. Regards, T.S.SRINIVASAN
