Need for Experience Certificate for HR Assistant: Resume vs. Certificate Importance - CiteHR

For the past 1.5 years, I have been working in a software company as an HR assistant. My question is whether an experience certificate is necessary for an HR assistant to join another company, or if mentioning it in the resume alone is sufficient.

Please, can anyone help me? It's very urgent.

1.5 years of experience is indeed a significant amount of experience. Your new job will always be based on your previous experience. Hence, it is essential to have an experience certificate from your previous employer and to mention the same in your resume.
