Dear both,

You both meet the maximum requirement for an HR job, which means an MBA in HR is a requirement along with the background. However, the essential factor is practical experience. Now, proceed with gaining experience and learning more from your seniors.

Hello both,

I agree with the response about practical experience. I have also completed my Masters in HR and am now seeking experience in the same field. In my opinion, if you are still interested in pursuing further education, you could consider either going ahead with a PhD or opting for an Executive course from IIM.
