For a start, the newsletter appears good. You may want to look at making the sections on new employees and employee birthdays and anniversaries more personal. The reader should know something about the person, and for the person, it is a good platform to get recognized with something positive on the occasion.

Dear Soumya,

Yes, I suggest that you must mention the designation of new joiners. Let it be a transparent culture.

This could be planned as an internal journal by collecting articles from staff and publishing it every 2 or 3 months.

In fact, I tried to do something similar in my previous organization. To be frank, with the workload we already have, it is difficult to find time to contribute to a newsletter. I am not discouraging the idea; however, in the long run, we should aim to provide valuable content.

All the best. Krishnaraj P R

Hi Bhavana,

I have indicated the designations already in the newsletter for the new joiners. Do you think it requires further improvisation? If so, please make the necessary changes in the draft and send it to me.

Kindly assist me with this.

Thanks,
Sowmya
