Can the present private accident and Medical incurrence used for ESI
We were small in team and we had an option of Medical and accident insurance provision from the company. As team has grown now we want to get in to ESI and PF scheme.
Dose the present Private Medical and accident Insurance what we had, can be used for the ESI Scheme Kindly suggestion on this.
Can anyone help me by suggesting the step in implementation criteria of ESI and PF for a private organization?

Yes ESI provides for all sort of benefits. It Covers Workmen Compensation Act, Accidents (on and off duty), ailments, serious hospitalizations, All diseases (which are otherwise are not covered under Medical insurance) and moreover the family members too. The upper wage limit is Rs, 15000 for coverage under ESI.
