Dear All,

I am Brijesh Sharma, working in the textile industry in the HR department. Currently, we are conducting a lot of training and development activities in our organization. Now, we want to implement learning and development activities.

So, I would like to know the basic difference between training and learning and how it will be implemented in the organization.

Dear Brijesh,

For a general query like this, I suggest that we should search the web and then, based on insight into the topic, raise specific questions (for example, how to ensure that workers learn safety procedures?). Just a search of the web led me to [Training Zone](http://trainingzone.co.uk) where a good discussion has taken place. Found at [Google](http://www.google.co.uk/#hl=en&source=hp&q=diifference+bet ween+training+and+learning&aq=f&aq i=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=&a mp;fp=9bbc4a8cd9f63c7b) where there is a hit for a previous post at CiteHr.

Have a nice day.
