One of a software and technology company (MNC) in India has approached us for a proposal on Recruitment Process Outsourcing. However, since we are already working for a competitor company, we are not able to provide them with the services.
Basically, they are looking for a proposal on full or partial Recruitment Process Outsourcing, which must include two full-time HR professionals from the vendor working from the client site.
In partial RPO, they are looking for a proposal on rates and the process of working to complete a niche requirement of 100 positions by October 2010. In this case, they will be outsourcing the work to two vendors only but at lower rates (i.e., less than 8.33%, which is the present market rate of permanent staffing). Since it will be exclusive to these two vendors, the vendor with better performance will end up with the exclusivity of that particular requirement for the future. In other words, whenever a requirement on that particular technical aspect arises, that specific vendor will work on it exclusively. This proposal should also contain rates for full-time HR professionals from the vendor at the client location.

After shortlisting the proposals, the two best proposals will be forwarded to the client, and the client's name will be revealed to the consulting company.
