This is an excellent summary of motivation. Every individual is motivated by their own needs at any given time. Individual needs change with personal circumstances, so the only way to find out what motivates an individual is to ask them. As you quite rightly point out, once you ask, you should listen. This is the key to motivating individuals.
There are many theories of motivation. Unfortunately, all begin by imposing the theories of the author upon others. I am delighted to see that you make no mention of any of them.

I agree with Sameer. If we can change the picture, it will be a very nice presentation. Having the same picture on every slide is not conducive to a good presentation as it can become monotonous, even if the content is excellent. Good post... Keep it up.

Hi! The presentation is good. However, you can improve it by inserting pictures / cartoons denoting the different motivational factors, and specifying the factors on top of each slide. Regards, :D

The PPT contents are very good. However, the slides can be made more pleasing to the eyes by projecting appropriate video images related to the contents. The contents could be in points/bullet format for ease of assimilation. Fonts could be bigger.
