Their are certification exams in the field of HR some of the leading certification groups are SHRM (society for Human Resource Management), world at work, etc. u can go through their website and get the information.

XLRI,IIMs etc conduct short term certification thru the channel of NIIT imperia, Hughes net. Its of short duration like 3 mths, 1 mth etc...kindly go thru the websites of hughes net,niit etc.

Hi Swetha,
as per your saying that u r HR Recruiter mean ur profile is Hard Core Recruitment. After MBA in HR you should try for HR Generalist profile. For this profile you need to do training. There are many institute who run the HR workshop course. This is hardly 15-20 days course. After this u can get the best job in HR industry starring wid Rs 12000/-p.m for HR Professional.
