Prime focus: Need of the Training and Identification procedure of the need.
Qs- Self effectiveness Q?
1.Are u punctual enough to complete the daily task and ready to leave office IN TIME?
2.Are U making yourself LIKEABLE with your dress code all the day?
3.How many of your colleagues like to smile and wish to you?
4.Do you believe in using your money or company's money for your personal money returns?
Core Competence - Qs
1. Are u perfectly qualiied for the job assigned or you designted?, if not, what and when you would like to update?
2.Do you like your " + " people in all these 4 directions?
3.How do you re yourself everyday for having applied your technical skills?
4.How much did u contribute to BOTTOM LINE today? atleast your day income?
