Hi,
I agree with all the points you mentioned. However, if they are all new joiners and do not know each other, it would be beneficial to engage them by suggesting role plays or organizing group activities. This way, they will have the opportunity to interact with each other for the first time, sparking an interest in learning more about the company.
Thank you.

Hi Meenu,
While executing the induction program, ask your employees the following:
1. Name
2. Qualifications
3. Habits
4. Hobbies
5. Family background
Then, start the induction process (ensure your customer is stress-free and prepared to listen). Always conclude the induction with a story so that the new joiner will have a different impression of HR and the organization.

Not sure how much research you carried out before posting on this site. Google 'employee induction' and you will get lots of material to support the great material other SiteHR members have posted. Maybe worth doing some homework before you post a question.
I attach a document I came across on the first page when I googled 'employee induction'.

Hi Al,
I have attached the Excel file for maintaining attendance. I am facing an issue as I am unable to break the cells since they are protected. This is because the attendance data was extracted from the website. Could someone please assist in unprotecting the sheet or updating the Excel file in a different format?
Thank you.
