There is no single coat that fits all alike. However, consider including:
- A background note on the context and PURPOSE of the program and what expectations one should NOT HAVE from it.
- Program content outline, methodology, length, venue, and TRAINER PROFILE (WHAT, WHY, WHEN, WHO, WHERE, HOW).
- General observations made during the program.
- Name-by-name report on participants, including a possible plan of action for improvement.
- A plan for follow-up action and/or post-assessment, and/or how the impact of the intervention is to be evaluated, including WHO DOES IT and WHEN.
- Any other learning programs you recommend for that batch.
- Copies of, quotes from, or analysis of feedback forms participants have filled in [A MUST].
- A final summary!!!
Ensure to have proper paragraph formatting and a consistent style throughout the document.
