1) Internal Database
2) Social Networking Sites
3) Headhunting (different types such as cold call or warm call)
4) Employee referral policy (where you can fix a certain amount and encash it only after 3 months of the referral joining)
5) Generating referrals from resumes or candidates available on job portals (by fixing some referral amount)
6) Hiring or generating references from former employees
7) Through Consultants or Recruitment firms
8) Job postings or on job portals
9) Job advertisements through newspaper ads, radio, television, videos, and classifieds
