Hi if u r want to register in rajasthan state under shop & est. act,
form no.1,7,13,&15 are required with proof of address id and owner(s) detail.u have to file all the documents in labour department.

Can any one help me out wheather Airline office comes under shop & establishment Act ? Is it applicable to Service Indusrty ? IF yes do we need to follow BOmbay Shop & Establishment ACT? as the we have our office in Ahmedbad.
