I am doing an open house programme on Balanced Score card on Jan 23, 2010. On the lookout for some of the goals which made an impact in your organisation. so that i can tell that as an example in my forthcoming trg.
I am giving here one example which helped my earlier organisation to improve the cash flow.
Example :
1.Objective : Streamlining accounts receivable
2. Measure : Reduction in aging days
3. Target : from current 60 days to 45 days
4. formula:360/AR Turnover
