Hi,

The basic information needed includes the name of the candidate, source of recruitment (Job site/Consultant/Walk-in/Employee reference/Campus recruitment), date of the interview schedule, interview status, and remarks.

Hello Sameer,

For the recruitment tracker system, it would be easier if you had it designed in the FoxPro system. All the entries would be automatically generated from offers to joined candidates. My company currently uses the same.

Dear Sameer,

Please find attached the recruitment tracker. It is very good, easy to use, and provides more output with less input. To operate this, kindly consider the following points:

1. You have to track the pre-selection and post-selection procedures with minimal input.
2. You should use the filter option.
3. Fill the first 3 or 4 columns, and other details will automatically populate.
4. The statuses (Due, Pending, Hold, Done) will be color-coded automatically.
5. Feel free to make changes as per your requirements.
