I have a total of 6 years of experience. However, the initial three years of experience are irrelevant. Can I hide the previous irrelevant work experience of 3 years from my resume, considering it does not have a PF account, and search for a new job based on the remaining three years of relevant experience?

Dear ANONYMOUS,

Better to stay honest in the dishonest world and show the actual data. In today's connected world, it is easy to find out if a candidate is lying or honest. In the personal interview, you can say that. If the HR person finds it, then your resume would not be shortlisted.
