Leave policy for a Startup company - asking me to add Saturday as a working day

Dear Seniors, I Need to prepare a Leave policy for a Startup company. Management is asking me to add Saturday as a working day Can I do that as per the law. Kindly suggest. Thanks Madhavi

Do you mean 6 days of working? it is permissible. Pl consult the Shop & Establishment Act of your state and accordingly regulate the working.
