Hi, I have joined an institute as a part-time trainer. At the time of joining, they never gave me an appointment letter or offer letter. I worked there for one year. Now, I have resigned, for which I gave them a 15-day notice period. However, I never received any offer letter, but still, due to courtesy, I served them the notice period of 15 days. On my last day, they gave me a relieving letter in which they mentioned I'll get my full and final settlement after 45 days, which I did not accept.
Now, please suggest what I should do. What are my rights as an employee?

Hi,
You worked on a part-time basis for one year without any appointment order or any letter of contract. Now, they are assuring FFs will be cleared in 45 days. Though it is not legally right, they are not denying, just asking for some time. Hence, wait for 45 days to get it.
When you were able to work for 1 year without an appointment order, this is nothing. Just be patient and finish it.
