Thank you for your reply. Actually, I have been asked to create a job description for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who has good knowledge of Social Media from an Ad Agency.
I have over 10 years of experience as an HR generalist. However, here, they do not have a clear concept of an HR generalist profile. They have taken an undated blank cheque with my signature in favor of the company.
I would like to enhance my skills in the HR department to lead in the best way and to seize good opportunities.
Kindly guide me with some HR policies and Performance Management System (PMS) formats specific to the Advertising agency industry. Thank you once again.
