I have changed my computer recently that Jan-31-2023 and now got to now that I am 1.5 months pregnant and I will be working in this organisation until November 15 -2023 , so will I be eligible for taking the maternity benefits in my current company.

As per Maternity Benefit Act 1961 A woman should have worked with her employer for at least 80 days in the 12 months preceding the date of her expected delivery. At the time of delivery pre/post you will be eligible to get Maternity benefit. If you are covered under ESIC then you can avail from ESIC.
