Asian HR Board provides two certification programs:
a. Fellowship Program (14 months)
b. Licentiate Program (6 months)
The Fellowship Program is for people with more than 4 years of experience in HR. It helps them become change leaders and make an impact on the development of HR. Fellows in this program have extensive experience and reflect all aspects of contemporary and intellectual professional thought and activity in Human Resources. It involves 11 certification courses, along with various live projects that help them link their learning to practical applications in various organizations. Their support in the publication work helps in impacting HR society on a broad scale. The members associated with such batches hold various strategic positions in different companies like Infosys, Maruti, Reliance, LG, etc.
Similarly, the Licentiate program is more focused on people with 0-4 years of experience, helping them become specialists in various domains like compensation & benefits, learning & development, etc., by providing them with 6 courses at subsidized prices. AHRB puts effort into helping HR professionals strengthen their business skills and abilities to complement their HR expertise. These members also participate in various advocacy activities like blog participation and HR event coordination. AHRB operates these programs in Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Bangalore. There are just 10-15 seats available for each course in every location.
