There is no minimum wage for the Factories Act, but there are minimum wages separately for different scheduled employments. Therefore, you can get minimum wages for factories engaged in Chemical work, minimum wages for factories engaged in minor engineering or automobile operations, and minimum wages for employees employed in Coir factories and Block Rubber factories. What you need to search for is the minimum wages applicable to the type of operation you are in.
