Is minimum wage applicable to only different classes of work in the difference scheduled employment or is it applicable to all office employees across the hierarchy working in any industry. Is executive level or manager level also falling under minimum wage act.

The simple answer is yes. The MW Act is for the scheduled employment and it includes all employees employed therein. The law does not exclude office staff from its purview. All stand covered under the Act.
