Hello, I would like to seek some help on the leave rules/policies for the office in Noida. I have to get the below information, but I'm not sure if it's correct. (I found them on the net but not on official websites.) Would someone please help to have a look? And if any guidance on where to find related Acts would be very much appreciated!
Leave entitlement for a year:
- Privilege Leave/Earned Leave: 15 days (can be forwarded to the next year, can keep MAX 45 days in the account)
- Casual Leave: 10 days (cannot be accumulated)
- Sick Leave: 15 days (cannot be accumulated)
- Maternity Leave: 26 weeks
- Marriage Leave: 3 days
- Paternity Leave: 5 days
- any other leaves?
Looking forward to your support on this. Thank you very much!

Other than marriage leave and paternity leaves, it is okay. Earned leave is applicable once an employee completes 12 months of service. Sick leave is credited once an employee completes six months of service. For further information, you may refer to Uttar Pradesh Dookan Aur Vanijya Adhishthan Niyamavali, 1963.
Maternity leave is as per the Maternity Benefits Act, a central Act. You can refer to the same for details regarding the same.
