You could have searched the policy on your own, amended it, and then uploaded it for review by the seniors. Do you wish to be provided with a ready-made policy? Are the members not supposed to do the spadework?
Seeking a ready-made policy aside, the quality of your post is far from satisfactory. Members are expected to do spell check and grammar checks before they upload the post. The casualness of the members casts a poor light not just on the individual member but on the HR fraternity as a whole.
