Sir, I have completed 11 years of contribution with EPS. Past 1 and 1/2 I am not in a job, please let me know can I have the eligibility to withdraw the EPS amount, if yes, please let me know the process.

As per your statement, you cannot withdraw your EPS amount because your service has crossed 9.5 years. You can get the scheme certificate from EPFO office and claim the pension after 58 years.
