Respected Seniors, I want to know the thumb rule for sick leave for plantation workers. Like the minimum working days to avail sick leave, the maximum days of sick leave in a year.

You need to follow the local industry norms. Factories act says one paid leave for twenty working days only and does not mention any sick or casual leave type.
