Dear All,

As we are a startup company in Hyderabad in the Pharma industry, we have a few positions vacant. As I am very new to the role of HR, can I get any suggestions on how to best fill the required positions?

The vacant positions are:
- QA
- Senior Research Associate
- Freshers in Ph.D. (Organic Chemistry)

The best way is to look out for a good placement agency that can help fill out these profiles. You need to have a proper job description (JD) for all these roles. This will help you identify the right candidate.

Another option is to have an in-house hiring team do the work. You will need a job portal or candidate database for sourcing and screening.

Alternatively, you can target your competitors and companies working in a similar domain. However, this is an unethical HR practice of poaching candidates.
