Could any one of you please help me out in this matter? I am being asked by the management to find out information related to salary benchmarking (grade-wise salary offerings in different companies), remuneration, and other employee benefits among similar industries. We are working on our current policies. We have offices in India, the US, and the UK. The overall headcount is 2800. Where can I get this information? Are there any companies that conduct surveys on the same? Please suggest.
