Note: I've received a message on my mobile stating, "YOUR 10C APPLICATION HAS BEEN REJECTED DUE TO ASSOCIATE PROVIDED JOINT BANK ACCOUNT; HENCE PLEASE ARRANGE DULY FILLED AND SIGNED FRESH APPLICATION ALONG WITH CANCELLED CHEQUE/PASSBOOK COPY HAVING ONLY ASSOCIATE'S NAME."

Kindly explain the message above.

As per the provision, any settlement should be made only in the name of the applicant (PF member) alone, and a joint bank account will not be accepted. Therefore, open a bank account in your name and provide a cancelled cheque and a copy of the bank passbook for further processing by the PF office.


Actually I’ve submitted my personal bank details and cancelled cheque with my named, Still i got this msg. i didn’t provided any joint account details
