Hello, good people. In our organization, around 200 employees work in three shifts. In every night shift, 40 employees work. The problem arises every Saturday night. As Sunday is a holiday, around 9 to 10 employees are missing in the night shift, citing reasons such as sickness, family problems, and so on. Consequently, our production suffers greatly. What is the best way to solve this situation?

Thank you.
