Are they on permanent roll as employees or on contract in your BPO company? Is there no fixed salary? It's not possible to engage "employees" without implementing minimum wages, either on a time rate or piece rate. If they are only on sales commission, you cannot call them employees; they may be consultants, advisers, or agents.
