I saw a calculation in another post or portal that divided by 26 as well. I have confusion just because I will not be able to take leave on weekly holidays. Shouldn't it be divided by the working days of the month?

As per Statutory Act it will be deducted from BASIC SALARY only....

To some extent, the attached AP HC judgment provides some guidelines by tagging the IT act provisions in respect of leave encashment, which I hope shed some light on the matter.

Dear sir, Can we consider leave encasement in salary structure as part of CTC. Can explain me please.

Leave encashment is not shown in CTC, but you can show the leave salary based on the leave entitlement of the employee. For instance, if the employee gets 22 days leave, the salary of 22 days can be shown in CTC as Leave Salary.
