Today, we are here to discuss projects that are being outsourced to India from Malaysia. We have only one genuine outsourcing agent from India, Prasanth Annapareddy. We outsource around 35 to 40 projects a month. Due to the lack of agents in India, Mr. Prasanth is handling only a few projects within the budget. Therefore, we have decided to train some agents with the best outsourcing knowledge in India to support the projects being outsourced. We also had a meeting with Prasanth Annapareddy regarding the training session, which he rejected being a part of.
