I had joined a company in Feb 2018 and completed 6 months of probation. I have taken a few leaves during the probation period. The company provides 14 leaves per year according to their policy, with the calendar of events running from January to December.
Now, am I eligible for all 14 leaves during the year? If not, then how many maximum leaves can I take for this year?
I am waiting for your advice.

Dear Prashant,
You haven't mentioned the type of establishment your company belongs to. Whatever it may be, statutory leave, irrespective of its kind, does not vary with reference to the status of the employee, such as temporary, probationer, permanent, confirmed, and the like.

Hi,
Further to what our esteemed member had stated, please note that you need to follow the Shops & Establishment Rules of Karnataka for your leave policy. Usually, the leave entitlement includes 6 sick leaves, 6 casual leaves, and 15 earned/privilege leaves per year, with the latter accruing after completing one year of service or on a pro-rata basis if you join in between (company policy may vary). You have not indicated the types of leaves available or how they are categorized. Kindly check with the relevant department for a detailed response.
Thanks and Regards
