Can we notify a person who is qualified in Master of Social Work (Medical and Psychiatric) as Welfare Officer of a Factory in Tamilnadu as per the provisions of the act?

Under the FA and state rules, approved qualifications are outlined. To the best of my knowledge, the qualification of MSW with specialization in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work is not approved for the appointment of Welfare Officer. However, please refer to your state factories rules in this regard.
