if a worker left company and take all f & f and after 6 month he case file against company for f&f than yhat case valuable or not

If company have issued relieving letter and he accepted the same also he signed on F & F Settlement then work cannot file case against company.

Dear Svarna Lata,

If you have settled the workman's F&F and it is as per the policy, then you should remain least concerned. You must have received a notice for appearance or explanation to the cause from the authority of the labor department. If the date is set for appearance, then go there with all the documents related to F&F and receipts of payment made to the workmen. Exhibit the documents related to payments made to the workman and his acceptance note to the authority. If the authority is satisfied with the documents pertaining to F&F payment, they would issue a letter to your company stating that the matter stands cleared, and the complaint has no basis.
